Sneh graduated from XLRI in 1996. With work experience across geographies ( US, Middle East & India), she has extensive experience in managing HR both at the strategic as well as the operational level. Apart from having worked with different nationalities, cultures, she has also worked in different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, telecom, Consumer Durables, technology, BFSI. etc. Her corporate experience has been working with organisations like Philips, Tata Group, HCL Technologies, Yes Bank and a host of Startups.

• Sneh has worked with and led teams through talent acquisition and management, cultural changes, mergers, takeovers and processes and policy design.
• Her first venture was into HR where she started singlehandedly one of India’s first HR Outsourcing firms.
