Sudeep is the VP, Academic Operations at Harappa Education with two decades of experience across hospitality, retail, luxury and leadership training. He has broad expertise in business strategy, design thinking, and in assisting companies in innovation. He has been the Faculty in Residence at Harappa for several courses and facilitated over 300 hours of leadership workshops for clients such as Kotak Life, HPCL, Ensono, Sembcorp, ISDM, and ITC to name a few. His focus has primarily been on personal excellence, critical thinking and decision making as well as creativity and innovation.
He is a visiting faculty member for the Master's Program at SKEMA Business School in France and China, as well as an Advisor and Industry Mentor for the Skema Venture Factory Incubation Program for their France, China, Brazil, and USA cohorts.
